I never felt like they hassled me or tried to sell me services that I didn't need. They gave me great service and recommended some things I could do with my car and what priority I should place them in, if I wanted to save money and hold off on some things. As a woman, I felt comfortable with the staff and didn't feel like they talked down to me because of my gender. An added bonus - this place is AAA recommended, so you get a discount! Won't go anywhere else!

I recently stared taking my brand new Lexus IS 250 there and was thrilled to learn they do not recommend unnecessary work. My Audi needed new tires so I found this place through a friend. The owner happened to be there and helped me out. He got me the tires I wanted and had them installed and ready in the time that he promised.
He had warned me that they were a little backed up and suggest that I might want to go kill some time at Triangle square. (just down the street) They gave me a call as soon as my car was done.
